Read the Label
Always check the care label inside each garment for specific washing, drying, and ironing instructions.
Washing
- Delicate Fabrics: Hand wash in cold water, or use a gentle cycle on your machine.
- Knitwear & Wool: Avoid hot water; use cold water and a mild detergent. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape.
- Cotton & Polyester Blends: Machine wash on a gentle cycle with similar colors.
Drying
- Avoid tumble drying to prevent shrinking and fabric damage.
- Lay flat or hang to dry in a shaded area to preserve color and shape.
Ironing
- Use a low heat setting on delicate fabrics like polyester, viscose, or knits.
- Steam is recommended for removing wrinkles from delicate or intricate fabrics.
Storing
- Fold knitwear to avoid stretching.
- Use padded hangers for delicate or structured items to maintain their shape.

Easy Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
